Six Before Breakfast is the Podcast of International Creative Development (ICD) - a community of those who make their living by being creative, or those that manage, coach or support those that do. Samantha Holland trained at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama graduating in 1991. In 2019 she formed Loam Project, an incubator to develop new writing, performance and sustainable product design in Wiltshire feeding into her creative practice knowledge gained from her work as a co-founder of a new materials company between 2014 and 2022.

In this conversation we explore issues such why it is important to find your creative tribe, how we can encourage creative people to not be damaged by careers advisors, why it matters to take risks and take action, know yourself in the context of what you are trying to do, don’t talk about what you are going to do just get on with it,  and other topics
